Upon immigrating to Canada from Switzerland in 2003, she established Biz-Services, a consulting firm offering accounting, budgeting, job costing, software integration and training services. She enjoys collaborating with her clients and their team members, researching and providing customized accounting solutions, recognizing that every business has unique needs. Monica served as the Treasurer of the Swiss Canadian Chamber of Commerce (Ontario) from 2012 to 2015 where she enjoyed working with the local Swiss community. She is a Certified Professional Bookkeeper and a member of the Institute of Professional Bookkeepers of Canada, a QuickBooks Pro Advisor, a certified QBO Pro Advisor, and a Certified XERO Partner.
